By using PokéPublish, you agree to these Terms of Service. PokéPublish is a content scheduling tool for Pokémon TCG creators that allows you to schedule and publish content to social media platforms including YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
PokéPublish allows you to schedule and publish video and image content to social media platforms via their official APIs. You are solely responsible for the content you publish through this service.
You agree not to use PokéPublish to publish content that:
– Violates the terms of service of any connected platform (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok)
– Infringes on any intellectual property rights
– Contains illegal, harmful, or misleading content
You retain full ownership of all content you publish through PokéPublish.
PokéPublish integrates with third-party platforms via their official APIs. By connecting your accounts, you authorize PokéPublish to publish content on your behalf using the permissions you grant.
YouTube: PokéPublish uses YouTube API Services. By connecting your YouTube account, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's Privacy Policy applies to data processed through YouTube APIs: policies.google.com/privacy. You can revoke PokéPublish's access to your YouTube account at any time via Google Security Settings.
Instagram: PokéPublish uses the Instagram Graph API. By connecting your Instagram account, you agree to be bound by Meta's Platform Terms and Meta's Terms of Service.
TikTok: By connecting your TikTok account, you agree to be bound by TikTok's Terms of Service.
We are not responsible for changes to these platforms' policies or availability of their APIs.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your PokéPublish account. You must not share your login credentials with others. Notify us immediately at arispokelestcg@gmx.de if you suspect unauthorized access.
PokéPublish stores only the data necessary to provide the service (OAuth tokens, scheduled posts, media files). We do not sell or share your data with third parties. See our full Privacy Policy for details.
PokéPublish is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to failed posts, API outages, or data loss.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
