PokéPublish erhebt nur die Daten, die zur Bereitstellung des Dienstes notwendig sind: OAuth-Zugangstokens für verbundene Plattformen (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook), geplante Beiträge sowie hochgeladene Mediendateien. Außerdem speichern wir deine E-Mail-Adresse zur Kontoauthentifizierung.
Deine Daten werden ausschließlich dazu verwendet, Inhalte auf den von dir verbundenen Plattformen zu planen und zu veröffentlichen. Wir analysieren, verkaufen oder teilen deine Daten nicht mit Dritten.
Deine Daten werden sicher auf der Railway-Infrastruktur gespeichert. OAuth-Tokens werden in einer verschlüsselten Datenbank gespeichert und ausschließlich zur Authentifizierung von API-Anfragen in deinem Namen verwendet. Mediendateien werden vorübergehend auf Railway-Volumes gespeichert und nicht an Dritte weitergegeben.
Wenn du dein TikTok-Konto verbindest, speichern wir ausschließlich das Zugriffstoken, das zum Veröffentlichen von Videos erforderlich ist. Wir greifen nicht auf deine TikTok-Follower, Nachrichten oder sonstige Daten zu, die über das für die Videoveröffentlichung Notwendige hinausgehen.
TikTok-Daten werden gemäß den TikTok API-Nutzungsbedingungen verarbeitet.
Löschung von TikTok-Daten: Du kannst die Verbindung zu TikTok jederzeit in den Einstellungen von PokéPublish trennen – dadurch wird dein Zugriffstoken sofort aus unserer Datenbank gelöscht. Zur vollständigen Entziehung des App-Zugriffs kannst du PokéPublish auch direkt in deinen TikTok-Kontoeinstellungen unter „Verbundene Apps" entfernen. Für eine vollständige Löschung aller bei uns gespeicherten Daten wende dich an arispokelestcg@gmx.de.
Bei der Verbindung deines Instagram-Kontos über Meta fordern wir ausschließlich die Berechtigungen instagram_business_basic und instagram_business_content_publish an. Diese verwenden wir ausschließlich zur Veröffentlichung geplanter Inhalte auf deinem Instagram-Business-Konto. Wir greifen nicht auf Follower, Direktnachrichten, Kommentare oder sonstige Instagram-Daten zu.
PokéPublish hält die Meta-Plattformbedingungen und Meta-Entwicklerrichtlinien ein.
Bei der Verbindung deines YouTube-Kontos fordern wir ausschließlich die Berechtigungen an, die zum Hochladen von Videos (youtube.upload) erforderlich sind. Wir greifen nicht auf Abonnenten, Kommentare oder sonstige YouTube-Daten zu.
Die Nutzung von Informationen aus Google APIs durch PokéPublish entspricht der Google API Services User Data Policy, einschließlich der Limited Use-Anforderungen.
Du kannst deine Konten jederzeit in den Einstellungen trennen – dadurch werden alle gespeicherten OAuth-Tokens der jeweiligen Plattform sofort gelöscht. Zur vollständigen Löschung deines Kontos und aller gespeicherten Daten wende dich an arispokelestcg@gmx.de. Wir löschen deine Daten innerhalb von 30 Tagen.
Instagram-Nutzer können eine Datenlöschung auch direkt über unseren Lösch-Endpunkt beantragen. Meta kann Nutzer im Rahmen ihrer Datenlöschungs-Callback-Anforderungen an diese Seite verweisen.
PokéPublish nutzt folgende Drittanbieter:
Railway – Hosting-Infrastruktur (Datenschutzerklärung)
Resend – Transaktions-E-Mails für Passwortzurücksetzungen (Datenschutzerklärung)
PokéPublish verwendet den lokalen Browserspeicher (localStorage) zur Speicherung deines Authentifizierungstokens. Es werden keine Tracking-Cookies von Drittanbietern verwendet.
PokéPublish richtet sich nicht an Personen unter 16 Jahren. Durch die Nutzung des Dienstes bestätigst du, mindestens 16 Jahre alt zu sein.

PokéPublish collects only what is necessary to provide the service: OAuth access tokens for connected platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook), scheduled post data, and uploaded media files. We also collect your email address for account authentication.
Your data is used solely to schedule and publish content to the platforms you connect. We do not analyze, sell, or share your data with any third parties.
Data is stored securely on Railway infrastructure. OAuth tokens are stored in an encrypted database and used only to authenticate API requests on your behalf. Media files are stored temporarily on Railway volumes and are not shared with third parties.
When you connect your TikTok account, we store only the access token required to publish videos. We do not access your TikTok followers, messages, or any data beyond what is needed for video publishing.
TikTok data is handled in accordance with the TikTok API Terms of Service.
Deletion of TikTok data: You can disconnect TikTok at any time from the PokéPublish Settings page, which immediately removes your access token from our database. You can also revoke PokéPublish's access directly in your TikTok account settings under "Connected Apps". To request full deletion of all your data stored by us, contact arispokelestcg@gmx.de.
When you connect your Instagram account via Meta, we request only the instagram_business_basic and instagram_business_content_publish permissions. We use these exclusively to publish scheduled content to your Instagram Business account. We do not access your followers, direct messages, comments, or any other Instagram data.
PokéPublish complies with the Meta Platform Terms and Meta Developer Policies.
When you connect your YouTube account, we request only the permissions required to upload videos (youtube.upload). We do not access your subscribers, comments, or any other YouTube data beyond what is necessary for video publishing.
PokéPublish's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
You can disconnect your accounts at any time from the Settings page, which immediately removes all stored OAuth tokens for that platform. To request full deletion of your account and all associated data, contact us at arispokelestcg@gmx.de and we will delete your data within 30 days.
For Instagram users: you can also request data deletion directly via our deletion endpoint. Meta may direct users to this page as part of their data deletion callback requirements.
PokéPublish uses the following third-party services:

PokéPublish uses browser localStorage to store your authentication token. No third-party tracking cookies are used.
